We have been supported with staff from Squad over a number of years and during that time we have forged a great working relationship with Squad. Their approach to staffing and host employer support is excellent and actually goes beyond just the business side of staffing. Care and interest are just two standout attributes that we see from Squad's Staff. We love the ease of the trainee administration, staff options, and we really enjoy concentrating on our core work focus with Squad's trainees right beside us!

If your a small business and managing a HR department as well, it’s an extra cost in payroll for 2-3 people to run that area professionally. Recruitment companies take away all the day to day headaches, from sourcing staff around the globe, reference checking, payroll, WHS, dealing with time-sheets and assisting with staff training and the most important area of business, your staff are alway on the correct award rate of pay and managing the expectations of Fairwork Australia. We engaged Squad in 2018 and we have never looked back.

Marie Adele - General Manager, Bernti's Mountain Inn

Squad's active mentoring of apprentices through regular catch ups really assists both the apprentice and host employer to stay on top of any issues that arise.  This keeps communication flowing about how the apprentice is tracking at work and at TAFE and everyone’s expectations are managed effectively.

Squad is also proactive with assisting host employers on advice and applications for incentive payments available – always a great help.  Thanks to Cathy and the team at Squad Wagga Wagga!
