The Role  

The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and mentoring of apprentices, trainees, labour hire and SBAT employees who are hosted to external employers (Host Employer).    

This role requires a high level of service delivery to ensure that our Group Training employees successfully complete their apprenticeship or traineeship qualification and meet their host employers’ expectations.
